The 2009 Mazda3 SP25 is very impressively designed both on the exterior and interior but this may not be enough and chances are that this new kid on the block may have problems finding enough buyers in a very crowded segment of the market.

That is even despite the credible and strong performance from its’ 2.5-litre engine. The main setback actually originates from the Mazda3 SP25 price which does not give it any advantage in a crowded segment with long established competitors.
One would be excused for thinking that Mazda prices here had their eye fixed on the model’s good looks hoping that beauty alone will carry the day.
Actually this model has already received rave reviews for its’ stylish exterior designs. Nonetheless, if this was the intention, we at New Car Shopper have our doubts.
Highlights in the 2009 Mazda3 SP25 interior include its’ compact 4.1-inch multi-information display that fits so perfectly in the centre of the dashboard making it very easy to read the satellite navigation system even for complex inner city streets.
The 2009 Mazda SP25 Outside and Under The Hood
As far as the exterior goes, the silhouette, rising belt line and incorporated roof spoiler all combine to create a dynamic look that will without doubt appeal to markets as diverse as you can think of, from Japan to America, Europe and Australia.
Despite the power under the hood, the 10.9-metre turning circle and nicely weighed steering makes parking in tight spaces easy and female drivers will no doubt be the first to comment on the light feel of the clutch pedal.
But even all these pluses will not shield the 2009 Mazda3 SP25 from the fierce competition in a very price sensitive market where customers cannot help comparing price to what they are getting.
